| Abstract: | An important component in present accident technology is the night car accident. Although the night traffic is reduced nocturnal accidents have very serious consequences. The paper presents the visibility conditions that lead to an
accident at night, taking into account the darkness, street lighting and traffic light
action. The analyzed situation in the paper shows the influence of a vehicle coming
from opposite direction, through the background pedestrian contrast reducing due to background increasing. |
