Abstract: | The paper present a basic methods for the preliminary calculation of the parameters needed to modify the orbit of a
spacecraft. The modifications and corrections of the orbit can be related to the orbit radius, eccentricity, speed and inclination. The
methods presented make use of the classical space mechanics in order to address the important problems of optimization for fuel
consumption, energy, time and costs. |
