Abstract: | The paper presents some aspects of determination of the specific heat of some fresh berries. Maintaining their fresh qualitative value is linked to their intrinsic nature, characterized by a high degree of perishability, as well as to the technology used in the whole process of their valorisation, by how fruit moves from producer to consumer. This refers to the methods applied for harvesting, transporting, packaging, temporary storage, long-term storage, pre-packaging. |
