| Abstract: | This paper presents a part of a study being conducted in the Laboratory of Biomechanics and Biomechatronics (DPMM Department) of Transilvania University of Brasov. This study aims to test the total knee prostheses using an experimental test stand that simulates all movements and loading of the knee joint. In the first part of the paper presents some aspects of anatomy, biomechanics and prosthetic knee joint. |
